My nutritionist once told me years ago ,” Just because you don’t feel the Hot Cheetos wreaking havoc immediately, doesn’t mean they’re not.”💥
In 2014, I had to let go of countless of foods, including cow’s milk. 

So…

I was forced to find a plant based milk 🥛 to consume that would simultaneously pack a punch on my fragile body.

A nut free and non-dairy alternative 

Hemp Milk 

It contains healthy fats, minerals, protein, and vitamins.

Have you tried this healthy version of milk before?

Here’s the recipe:

1/2 c. hemp seeds

3-4 cups water

splash of vanilla

1 pitted date

Instructions:

Before blending the pitted date in the other ingredients, let it soak for 15 minutes. This will 

ensure to not destroy your blender in the future. Oh, and check to see if your date has a seed inside or not. That would be a very depressing day for your blender. Take out the seed if the date has one.

I shake the jar before every use to make sure the date is completely mixed in.

Last bit of info I want to share is, it’s recommended to only consume one cup per day. As of right now, I only use this milk in my gluten free biscuit recipe. I’ve never been a person who drinks milk as a regular beverage.

Now you have another option that you know all the ingredients to.
